      Pros

      Place is great and staff is very helpful. Most people are very patient focused. You feel like youre making a difference. Decent education reimbursement. Good Healthcare benefits.

      Cons

      Way too much micromanaging. Homework to do to stay "compliant." Work/life balance doesnt exist when I have to fill out forms and watch videos during my off time. Once people climb the clinical ladder, theyre no longer patient centered (more managerial). There is no room to grow with my title, you are blocked from any lead position UNLESS you are a nurse. No union and no pension
