      Has good support for mental health or physical health

      Can't speak for other managers, but the ones I've had did not care about burn out or adequate pay. I was definitely paid less than people with less education and experience. There was no leveling up, no reason to perform, and constantly asked to pick up slack from blatant under performing employees. The burn out was real
