Pros

After reading over these reviews it looks like management is leaving these 5 star reviews.

Cons

We know what MemoryBlue does. They offer SDR services for clients, over promise - under deliver. "But our training is world class" No it's not. Your metrics of 100 calls and just aimlessly pounding the phones isn't working. Try to actually train people on the technologies they are selling. People want to buy from credible sales people who actually provide good technology that will benefit their business. Try training young SDR's on that. You don't compensate anyone well. How dare you ask for $5,000 back? California is at-will employment. Nobody should ever take that threat seriously and give you any money back. Peace!

Pros

The biggest PRO that memoryBlue gives you is an OPPORTUNITY. While many companies will turn you down for lack of experience since you are a newly grad. Memoryblue will give you the chance and training to grow. Culture is awesome, I got along with most people I worked with. Now my net worth is HUGE thanks to my new network that I met here

Cons

The start to memoryBlue can be a coin flip based on your manager and or client. But if you come in with a white belt mentality and learn from leadership and your peers you will do great things in Tech Sales. Your experience here is greatly due to what you make of it.
