Great Opportunity, Not for Everyone
Pros
-great training -fun sales culture -many opportunities for career paths With the option to be hired out by my client, I definitely am using memoryBlue to learn a lot and get the most out of the weekly trainings. They just announced an increase in the base salary also starting jan 1 for everyone, which is exciting! The culture is really fun with lots of events to attend so it's easy to make friends, however the culture may not be for everyone, especially if you're not social, but thats to be expected when you're in the sales industry.
Cons
-hard work -results based -clients sometimes the client you get can make or break your experience, but i had two clients while at memoryBlue and one was not that great (a harder sell), but the other was really easy. It's luck of the draw, but it makes sense they ask you to stay 15 months minimum if you dont get hired out, or promoted into another position. If I left after my first client, I would never be as good at sales as I am today. It taught me a lot to work with a harder sell and memoryBlue made sure to take care of me with my second client. I ended up getting hired out by my second client at month 12 - got a 20k pay bump at the end of yr 1 by going with my client.
