Pros

memoryBlue is an excellent place to start if you want to try your hand at tech sales. It offers an excellent environment for people right out of college who want something fast-paced and high energy. When searching for your next job after memoryBlue, you will stand out. Their training will also give you a significant advantage over others when performing in your next position as an SDR. They offer many incentives, trips, and fun events for people to do outside of work. You can make a lot of money here. There is some variability in the clients that you are assigned to support, but this is often used an excuse by some not hitting their quotas. It's sales.

Cons

There is very limited internal growth potential, but this is because of the nature of the business. There is not much that can be done about this.
