Overall, the Co-Founders and CEOs treated me with respect and valued my contributions to the company. I would recommend anyone who has the right personality for sales consider starting their career here and any company who needs reputable SDRs to look to memoryBlue. Honestly, I think this is one of the best places I've ever worked. They didn't abuse my time and offered anything you could ask for from a job — more money for a job well done, growth opportunities, competitive benefits, and an array of added perks that they didn't have to provide. I did not care too much for my direct manager, however, the leaders of the company were always great.
