Pros

Highly recommend if you're looking to get good training and break into the Tech Sales world and the company culture is young and vibrant.

Cons

Can be a bit disorganized at times because it's a young and relatively new company.

Pros

- The co-founders are genuinely involved and concerned about their employees ability to thrive and succeed, establishing strong connections with alumni who have left too. - Austin Deliver Manager is the best manager I've ever had. - Fun work culture, a lot of effort is made to make the environment as stimulating and enjoyable as possible - First Fridays - Austin office has created a culture of its own, there's a huge emphasis on doing your best but also being rewarded for doing THE best. - Work hard play hard mentality - The business model is genius. You have the ability to learn about the intricacies of sales in an environment that isn't as cut throat as your typical IT inside sales environment. The ability to work on multiple accounts gives you greater knowledge of technology solutions on the market and also allows you the chance to be hired out by a company you enjoy doing a campaign for. The opportunity for advancement through mB is unlike any other in this industry. - Constant training even after new hire on-boarding - Mentor is assigned to you to help you on a peer level with on-boarding and beyond.

Cons

- Be very on top of checking the accuracy of your pay outs. Especially with job that incorporates commission. - Sometimes turns into too much of a fratty environment (depending on the office), line between "still in college" versus "young professional" mentality might be crossed sometimes. If you want to call that a con.
