memoryBlue is an exceptional place to learn and grow. From the SDR role to the Delivery Manager (BDR Manager) position that I spent most of time in, you will be constantly pushed to improve on a daily basis. memoryBlue got me out of my comfort zone and helped me realize potential I hadn't known in myself yet. The culture of self reflection and coaching is what maintains this environment. Everyone is there to improve or to help you improve. You have to be willing to put in the work, but if you do the rewards will be undeniable from a career growth and financial standpoint. The office atmosphere is fun and energetic and one of the only places in the industry where you will be surrounded by young people your entire tenure at the company. After spending 3 years at memoryBlue I had nothing but great management above me - special shoutout to Ron Cooke who was my director while I was a delivery manager. Ron held me and the rest of our management team to a very high standard while also being understanding and maintaining a growth mindset. Can't say enough good things about Ron and the high performance public sector department that he built. While the work can be hard, the industry is hard, and memoryBlue will prepare you to stand out in a highly competitive industry and put you in position to have a lucrative career in tech sales. Finally, perks like presidents club trips to Mexico and 3k and 5k vacations are unmatched in the industry. memoryBlue is the definition of work hard play hard, and if you are looking for a place to challenge and surround yourself with people who will push you to the next level while having a lot of fun at the same time, look no further.
