Pros

memoryBlue is an exceptional place to learn and grow. From the SDR role to the Delivery Manager (BDR Manager) position that I spent most of time in, you will be constantly pushed to improve on a daily basis. memoryBlue got me out of my comfort zone and helped me realize potential I hadn't known in myself yet. The culture of self reflection and coaching is what maintains this environment. Everyone is there to improve or to help you improve. You have to be willing to put in the work, but if you do the rewards will be undeniable from a career growth and financial standpoint. The office atmosphere is fun and energetic and one of the only places in the industry where you will be surrounded by young people your entire tenure at the company. After spending 3 years at memoryBlue I had nothing but great management above me - special shoutout to Ron Cooke who was my director while I was a delivery manager. Ron held me and the rest of our management team to a very high standard while also being understanding and maintaining a growth mindset. Can't say enough good things about Ron and the high performance public sector department that he built. While the work can be hard, the industry is hard, and memoryBlue will prepare you to stand out in a highly competitive industry and put you in position to have a lucrative career in tech sales. Finally, perks like presidents club trips to Mexico and 3k and 5k vacations are unmatched in the industry. memoryBlue is the definition of work hard play hard, and if you are looking for a place to challenge and surround yourself with people who will push you to the next level while having a lot of fun at the same time, look no further. I came to memoryBlue with zero experience in the industry and left three years later with an enormous network of BDRs to CROs and CEOs in the tech industry, had quadrupled my yearly income, managed millions of dollars in business, spearheaded over 30-40 different sales consulting campaigns, and had the confidence to plug into any tech organization and execute or lead a lead generation effort.

Pros

MemoryBlue has great training to kick start your sales career. It is a great job out of college for networking and getting the experience you need to move on to a higher paid position. Not only is the training great, the culture is the best part of the job. Everyone in the office is in their 20's and there is room for internal growth. There are several incentives as a team or office that make the job fun and the days go by fast!

Cons

The compensation is the not enough for the amount of work we put into this job. They hold $1000 of your commission that you can only get if you stay for 15-months. If you hit quota you only get $500 taxed for hitting your goals. The PTO is not great, you have to earn your days. The option to work from home is very limited depending on your managers and if they are okay with it. The turnover rate is really high, you see several people leaving after they get 6-months of experience.

Pros

I completed the MemoryBlue 6-week Sales Academy Training a year ago, and it has been an incredible journey that has catapulted my career as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). As someone with no prior sales experience, the bootcamp provided an intensive and comprehensive foundation, equipping me with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the dynamic world of sales. Pros: Academy Sales Training: The 6-week boot camp is a game-changer, offering invaluable insights and hands-on experience. It's the perfect launchpad for those entering the sales domain without prior experience. Incentivized Performance: The performance-based culture is a major motivator. Achieving monthly goals not only keeps you on your toes but also rewards you with the possibility of enjoying Fridays off—a great incentive to stay ahead of the game. Celebratory Culture: MemoryBlue knows how to celebrate success. The quarterly happy hour, where current employees and alumni come together, fosters a sense of community and provides excellent networking opportunities. Work Anniversary Perk: The company's commitment to employee well-being is evident in the one-year anniversary perk—a fully paid $3,000 vacation to a destination of your choice. It's a fantastic way to acknowledge and reward dedication. Super Bowl Monday Holiday: Recognizing the importance of work-life balance, MemoryBlue goes above and beyond by making Super Bowl Monday a paid holiday. -Enough said Dynamic and Growth-oriented Culture: The company's culture is a perfect blend of fun and productivity. The atmosphere is contagious, fostering both personal and professional growth. It's a place where you'll thrive if you're looking to advance your career.

Cons

Cons: Lack of Involvement: The only downside, if any, is that the cons are almost nonexistent unless you're not proactive about getting involved. The company provides ample opportunities for engagement, and those who actively seek them out will find an even more enriching experience.
