Pros

I started out with $42,500/yr, but after a few months, they gave me a base bump and I received senior status which gives you another 5k

Cons

The starting pay was a little low.

Thanks for sharing your experience! We’re glad to hear you progressed quickly and earned both a base increase and senior status. It’s important to us to make sure hard work is recognised and rewarded! We hear your comments around the starting salary; as you say, you don’t have to stay there for long! A key part of our compensation philosophy is the significant investment we make in training, coaching, and developing our team. Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts.

Pros

As good a place to work as any for recent grads looking to get into sales (Sales experience is not required, they look more at personality and drive). Or for folks that have some sales experience but want to explore different verticals. Training is provided and on-the-job support is available from multiple sources.

Cons

Low base pay. Commission structure is designed to incentive SDRs to put in extra time and effort. High turnover in SDRs. Hours are not flexible. NOT REMOTE FRIENDLY. Managers and trainers are often overburdened with more than 12 SDRs to a team - more if you are a senior manager. The organization prides itself on "culture" but IMO it often felt like a milquetoast frat house. Leadership believed pizza parties and happy hours were adequate rewards for hard work.
