Pros

Has a salary for people with no experience in tech sales or sales in general. Not difficult to get hired here. Fairly easy job, just mindless though.

Cons

Poor base pay. Culture is horrible. Founders are greedy and try to force you to stay within company instead of continuing to great opportunities. Not a lot of room to grow.

Pros

they will hire you without a college degree

Cons

This place is a wreck from top to bottom. Every single manager I met (including founders Marc/Chris) were extremely unprofessional and rude. The "training" bootcamp is a joke- you will learn next to nothing and waste time/money flying to DC. The travel accommodations they gave were a joke, including next to no help when flights were delayed/cancelled for days. Sexual harassment runs rampant here- most managers sleep with their SDRs and act extremely inappropriately. People drink/smoke in the office an insane amount and make it a very unpleasant environment, especially since you have to be in office 5 days/week. The recruiter 1000% lied to me about the salary/opportunity for commission. The pay is a joke for the expensive cities they have offices in. People get fired with little/no warning for no reason. The benefits are almost non-existent and you get only 10 days to use for PTO and sick days. They even settled a class action suit in 2022 due to underpaying employees/not giving lunch breaks/not paying overtime. This is the worst job I have ever worked and would genuinely work at a drive-thru.
