Pros

Great benefits package including pension, vacation, holidays. Flexible work hours. Convenient cafeteria. Excellent personal and professional development opportunities. Tuition assistance. Supportive management.

Cons

There were very few. My experience prepared me for other opportunities outside of Internal Audit. However, I think there should be more ways to learn the various facets of other departments.
