Pros

Co-workers are awesome to work with. Work live balance is great, no overtime necessary.

Cons

No upward mobility, lack of training. Slow pace environment not for the young at heart. RFP process is horribly, it takes entirely to long to make a inform decision.

Great benefits with lots of vacation time. Relatively steady job with average pay for the Memphis area.

Cons

Every time I tell people where I work I recieve groans and grimaces. Known more for its corrupt politics than anything.
