Pros

My colleagues are all great. Compensation is good (better than many other places in Memphis) but there is still room for improvement. I think MLGW pay/benefits were top tier for a long time, but they're not keeping up with the cost of living.

Cons

The company says there are flexible work arrangements, but that is not entirely true. Each VP decides whether to allow hybrid/remote work and if your VP wants you in the office (even though it drains productivity and your team worked remotely for 2+ years without issue) you have to do it. You can appeal to your VP but they do not have to give you any reason for forcing your RTO, and there's no recourse. There is some redundancy in management.

Cons

Horrible management, company would be out of business if it wasn’t a non profit city entity.
