Pros
Good benefits. Weekends and holidays off.
Cons
Treated like crap. Just a number. Management doesn’t care about you. Will try and fire you for the smallest thing. Most positions are underpaid. The company is nothing like it used to be. Supervision are people that did not move up through the ranks. So all of your “bosses” know nothing about your job and don’t listen when you try and tell them. The company does nothing that makes sense. No one is held accountable. If it were a private “for profit” company it would have been sold or out of business years ago.
