Pros

They do a good job of providing continuing education oppertunities. Very stable company where you don't have to worry about losing your job.

Cons

Things move very slow and employees are against any type of change. Every major decision has to get approval from city council.

Great benefits with lots of vacation time. Relatively steady job with average pay for the Memphis area.

Cons

Every time I tell people where I work I recieve groans and grimaces. Known more for its corrupt politics than anything.
