Pros

I work with some great people and the employee discount is pretty nice if you are a dude.

Cons

One of the worst corporate managements I've ever seen. After being here for almost 2 years it is obvious that upper management does not care about the employees, and they defiantly do not care about the customers. The hours are long, the pay is laughable, and the whole upper management team is so out of touch with how working in a retail store is like that no one listens to any of their bad ideas. All Corporate/district cares about is your bottom line, if your store is doing well, you can basically get away with murder. And I know this because I work at a store that constantly hits its goals, and I've seen employees here do things that they would be fired on the spot for at other jobs. Career growth here is almost nonexistent, unless you like to brown nose upper management. I'm currently fighting for a pay raise and I had to threaten to leave my job to even be taken seriously. Say goodbye to your weekends, and be ready to work long hours. It's retail so be aware you will be working on the weekends, but if you are store management, you are working every weekend. Shifts are long for full timers; usually anywhere from 9-10 hours, and occasionally you'll work an open to close shift.

Pros

Working at the Men's Wearhouse, you develop a family bond with your coworkers. You also get to meet some pretty awesome customers!

Cons

This company is tanking pretty quickly, and it is evident. The corporate offices spend as little resources on employees as possible, and the turnover rate is becoming unbelievable. Employees are also turning into sleazy salesmen, which doesn't build client relationships well.

Cons

For the work you do unless you are the store manager I do not believe that compensation is satisfactory
