You develop a great feeling of a second family. It is a relaxed environment. You feel like a human being and not just an employee. Great benefits. Paid vacation, sick time, holiday pay, and floating holidays. Work with school schedule.
Cons
- Favoritism - Lots gossip from store to store about employees. - Some management mistreat their employees. Going to upper management to complain never solves anything. - Good employees are over looked and recognition for a job well done is hard to come by. - Raises are hard to come by as well. LOW PAY!! - No dress code for young women. Can dress like their working at a strip club or going out to a club and nothing is said even after customer complaints.
