Lots of hours during peak seasons (spring, summer), You can get promoted fairly quickly

no military discount, high employee turnover

The job is easy enough to learn.

Cons

Management favouritism. For example one department manager was having an affair with an employee. He changed everyone's schedule including cutting some people's hours so he could have his fb there when ever he worked. It was no secret everyone including the GM knew this. Multiple people complained but that meant nothing.
