Pros
Good pay. You get a small discount at the stores. Profit sharing is pretty nice, especially after you've been there a few years.
Cons
Insurance is a joke. You're better off getting your own. You get PTO, but u less you live in a state that mandates sick days, you don't get them. They drug test for THC even in states where recreational use is legal. They micromanage more and more every year. Communication is worse than average. You get a ton of emails about thing unrelated to your job but no communication about things that matter.
