Pros

Overall I am extremely pleased working for Menards. I’ve been doing it for a long time (10+ years) and fell I am well compensated for my time. I have been lucky to work under managers that take the time to cultivate a good work environment and train employees well.

Cons

There are always bad eggs in the basket and Menards is no different. Having to deal with new employees that don’t want to put the work in to do the job right makes it harder for everyone. Managers fall into this category as well, working under a manager that doesn’t manage well makes it difficult for all team members.
