Pros

Premium pay on weekends is nice, but the pay should be higher on other days as well.

Cons

Non-flexible “flexible” scheduling, management has no regard for their employees, not LGBTQ+ friendly, and the overall experience of working their was miserable. You’ll never find a person working there that is happy past 1 year. Discount was only 10% and you could only purchase with it from future pay.
