      Good pay and great coworkers, but poor management

      Pros

      Good pay. Most coworkers are excellent to work with.

      Cons

      Scheduling is horrible. Work til 10 pm and have to be back in at 6 am. Store management plays favorites and talks smack about non favorites and Promotes accordingly Doesnt recognize Team memebers for jobs well done. Belittling. Unprofessional.

      Great pay, Can move up as fast as you want as long as you can jump through the hoops.

      Cons

      Have to relocate as a GM or you will be demoted, insurance sucks worst in the industry.
