Terrible management
People who actively refuse to do their job get rewarded while people who actually try to do the job but make small mistakes get punished, making it so everyone there is incompetent or lazy. I got fired because I didn't fill out paperwork like they wanted me to, but they change procedures constantly leading to confusion. You will constantly have to pickup the slack from your managers with no recognition, but get punished when the managers have to pick up even a fraction of the slack from their employees. Nobody follows policy until they want to throw it in your face because it benefits the managers.
