"Raises" are a joke (pennies on the dollar, not based on work ethic, but rather time at company), store managers don't correct department managers on hardly anything, training is very lackluster, as I was forced to figure most stuff out on my own, actual job was nothing like job description (although I typically liked the tasks given to me, but still concerning that they didn't match).
