I saw many people with a 4 year degree who was a manager. The company has a manger training program. You can even work your way up to corporate or be a store general manager which pays six figures. The store does profit sharing if you work over 1000 hours in one year. This can be up to 8k in cash bonus. The company sends out a really cute flyer in the mail. The company also sends you a small gift for each holiday and your birthday. The company will pay you holiday and weekend pay at $3 dollars extra per hours. If you get a fork lift license you get an $1. This is $4 dollars an extra per hour. This adds up. If this lands on a government holiday such as labor day or memorial day then you get an extra $3 for holiday pay. That's $7 extra per hour.
