Pros

Decent pay, Profit sharing, A lot of hours available, Growth opportunities. Super easy to promote to management

Cons

Terrible 401k plan, Terrible health issuance, The turnover rate is really bad which means it is common for part time employees to know more than managers. They also have been known for firing employees for following the policy's...all it takes is one customer complaint to the corporate office and you will be terminated without any prior warnings or questions, they do not care if you did nothing wrong. They do not not encourage people to go back to school, if you go back as a manager or full time employee you should expect to be demoted to a part timer as soon as upper management finds out...on the bright side you can continue working 40+ hours a week as part time but you will have your hourly pay decreased. NOTE: If you plan on going in to any management roll at this company expect to work a minimum of 45 hours a week. They also view employees as easily replaceable, so it is extremely easy to be demoted from any position.

Pros

You'll get work experience. Up the wazoo.

Cons

There are horrible benefits. You're paid hourly, so you live and die by the clock. The pay is so low. Lunch is unpaid. You work overtime weekly, and you need to to make overtime and get a decent paycheck. You will only have 1 week vacation for 3 years, including sick days. Maternity leave is federally required FMLA leave, so 3 months unpaid-- who can afford that? Constructive criticism isn't a thing. You get torn down frequently. Personal cell phones are NOT ALLOWED. You may NOT USE THEM during the work hours. If you have to, you need to clock out.
