Pros

Highly competitive, additional $2.50 on weekends, great place for college students, as scheduling is quite flexible

Cons

Long hours at times, especially on weekends. Almost always stayed extra 1-3 hours after shift.

Pros

The company promotes from within and is privately owned. Profit sharing bonus increases each consecutive year you work. Additional $2.50/hr on Saturday and Sunday. Company offers bonuses/promotional periods and sends you small gifts for every holiday you can think of.

Cons

Pay raises are literally always $0.10. Scheduling is not always flexible, especially with full-time positions. Expect to work longer than your scheduled shift times often.

Pros

Able to work your way up... to a point. They are always hiring and get back to you quickly after you apply.

Cons

Management seems to be a bunch of jerks who help each other move up in the job. Over worked employees, constant sexual harrassment, racist and sexist coworkers and bosses. You can do nothing and get paid the same as someone who bends over backwards for this company. No recognition to any hard work done and a lot of the times you are doing someone else's job.
