Pros

You can usually work as much as you want. The people in the stores are pretty tight knit. Compensation is better than at competitors. Lots of advancement opportunities. There are lots of opportunities to learn the in's and out's of the company.

Cons

There is definitely a "boy's club" mentality held by most management and customers. Can be labor intensive. If your coworkers are lazy, it makes for a difficult work experience.

Pros

The company works well with school schedules for college students. I was taught a lot of basic sales techniques and how to please your guests. Management is super friendly and approachable. Great opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Department managers are very knowledgable but often fall into ruts. Often given busy work rather than work that can help the department as a whole.
