Pros
Good money, Good vacation time once your there for a while. There is many different oppurtunities to move up in the company quite fast if your willing to relocate. Seminars once a year for getting product knowledge and ensuring management staff is on the same page.
Cons
Work a lot of hours most weeks 6 days a week during summer. The voluntary unpaid IHT or In-Home-Training is not so voluntary if you want to move into the ranks of management.
