Pros

I made a lot of friends there and learned new things.

Cons

Make sure you live like five minutes away instead of a little town a half hour away. Because you can get stuck in a ditch like I did and they make you bring in a picture of your car in the ditch and yet still give you points for it. And throw you on the schedule at the last minute and claim its never changed. I lost my job because of their indecency to respect their employees.

Pros

Great Company managers are very cool and easy to talk to. I loved working there employees were very friendly. Low stress job.

Cons

Only 4-5 hour shift from 5am -10am. Pay was very little. No real room for growth, wouldnt count on building a career with this company. Very hard to do, great job if you are a student looking for a cool job. Management usually get stuck working 60-80 hours a week.

Pros

The people I worked with in my department were very nice, and we tried our best to make it bearable to work there.

Cons

John Menard micromanages to the point of interference, often in matters he does not fully understand. He opens (randomly) incoming mail to the General Office (all departments) and will demand answers to matters he knows nothing about. He treats some departments with contempt, often telling its employees the whole department is worthless. It is not an environment which fosters confidence and pride in one's work. It is a culture of fear and self-preservation.
