This was different from manager to manager, But some associates were given special treatment. I was let go for attendance (not even over the allotted personal days and always gave notice) while another employee always made sure she used her sick days before the month was over regardless of her condition. because I was a closer and obviously needed more- I was let go. Also the particular manager would not flex with my schedule AT ALL!
