The opportunity to interact with customers on a daily basis. Instant Profit Sharing. Menards Memos. Eclectic prodect mix.
Cons
The lack of trust on the part of the General Office for anyone (including General Managers) at the store level. The utter disregard of the company for life outside of Menards. The necessity of moving great distances in order to advance beyond the department management level. The pay scale is woefully inadequate.
