Pros

I got to set my own schedule & hours, Easy work, Very busy store (never bored - time flew by), Good co-workers, I enjoyed building floor displays, They don't give you radios so can kind of wander off and be free to work on what you like, college students aren't given 'real' responsibilities so it's not stressful

Cons

The company has loads of cameras and they watch you, they try to have you spy on each other and snitch (but nobody is motivated enough to do that), they treat their full-timers and managers somewhat poorly, the computer can suspend you for silly reasons and managers can't undo it, you have to use silly plastic cutters now instead of real box cutters

Pros

The pay on the weekends was very high and the pay increase once you graduated was nice. Time off was relatively easy to take and picking up hours was good, too.

Cons

I didn't like not having the option to work every weekend. Being assigned to a weekend was difficult to make schedules around.
