Pros

Good people and flexible schedule. It's a fast-paced job where you're always on your feet and moving around. Helps the shift to go by faster.

Cons

The pay is not on par with their competitors. Seems like you're viewed as just a number. The training worksheets aren't very helpful and mostly a waste of time and paper.

Pros

Make a lot of money from overtime and weekend pay. Pick up A LOT of home improvement knowledge. Build a great bond with fellow employees, that sticks even after leaving. Tons of room for advancement. Great benefits and holiday/vacation pay. Opportunities for bonuses - everyone can get a profit sharing and christmas bonus check.

Cons

Always short-handed, understaffed. Upper management micromanages. Required to long hours, with minimal breaks. Call-ins are frequent for call-offs.
