Pros

The pay for management and the bonus packages are a big plus. The potential for promotion is very high especially if you have good mobility.

Cons

It is Retail through and through. It has all the good and bad parts about retail including the long 11 to 15 hour days. the leadership varies from store to store. Continuing education is strongly discouraged.

Pros

You are offered a higher wage than most jobs of this caliber. 8.80 to start and 2.50 per hour more on the weekends. Flexible scheduling for part timers.

Cons

Part time people do not have a set number of hours each week. Most work between 4 and 20 hours per week and are frequently set home after an hour or two of work if "payroll' isn't being met.
