Pros

Pay is fairly good, but you definitely need to put in a lot of hours for it. Having a profit sharing program is amazing, and it definitely benefits the people who put in time with the company. The more years you work over 1,000 hours, the higher your profit sharing percentage is.

Cons

Retail in general these days is awful. Speaking in generalities, customers treat you like garbage, have little to no patience, expect everything for nothing, are extremely rude and believe they know more than you do constantly. Again, with retail the hours are very inconsistent. For instance, you work 12 hour days sometimes until 10 pm, only to work at 6:30 am the next day. Average for a manager is about 46-50 hours per week...minimum. The constant threat of visits from the corporate office, secret shops, and being caught by cameras is nerve racking.

Pros

Promotion from within the company is good, as long as you enjoy relocating.

Cons

Management seems more interested in trying to punish and monitor employees instead of providing praise and incentive for good work done.
