Pros

Can make some money if you work 55-60 hours a week, because of overtime pay.

Cons

Store and upper management is a joke. Its all who you know and who you suck up to. Best thing that ever happened was being let go after ONE, yes ONE customer complaint after 10 years of service.

Pros

It's a good entry level job to learn to sell.

Cons

Managers expect too much out of you. You either sell or stock merchandise, but they make you balance both; later wondering why sales are down.
