Exciting environment and flexible Managers. Offered merit raise after two month.
Cons
Not enough detailed training and inadequate attendants on second half of shift to closing. This takes both the manager and the Trainee away from the order desk while having to take care of returns and department maintenance. Also, Area Manager fails to be aware of accomplishments and focuses on deficiencies from the start. He does not cite recent improvements or other positive contributions. The evaluation after nine weeks was all negative. Department Manager while present failed to offer supporting remarks about performance improvement and positive contributions that he was aware of while present during this evaluation.
