Pros

Flexibility of schedule, $3.00 extra pay on Saturdays, Sundays, and specific holidays, such as Labor Day and President's Day. Fun experience.

Cons

Especially for the Front End, lack of completing Front End tasks such as the checklist that head cashiers need to have done before the day. Sure, they won't get into trouble with it but it makes a bad mark on the store on how they handle things with Front End employees.

Pros

Starting pay is good and there is room to move up and into different departments. Coworkers are friendly. Holiday gifts and bonuses a plus

Cons

The biggest flaw are some of the attitudes of management and the favoritism which was very apparent! Otherwise good job
