Pros

Premium pay on the weekends.

Cons

Snarky coworkers, especially in the receiving area. Literally no one talks to anyone outside of their department. Not even a polite "Hello." And it isn't just my store -- it's apparently system-wide. No one seems happy at work. Open until 10, even though there are NO customers after 8:30pm, just so we can compete with Lowe's and Home Depot, who offer customers ACTUAL selections rather than only cheap Chinese garbage. Policies that resemble a 1950s high school code of conduct more than a modern company. Unsurprising when you understand that the owner is 85 and needs to just back off.
