Pros
Profit Sharing, Bonuses for everything, extra $2.50/hr on weekends, paid vacation depending on your position and how long you've been at the company.
Cons
"Guests" treat you like crap, upper management are very unprofessional and play favorites. Most of the things the upper management says are illegal but everyone is afraid to say anything because they need the job, Opportunities for advancement are only available if your a favorite, 12-14 hour shifts with short breaks, Nobody knows how to follow the policies that are set, incredibly understaffed and want you to complete two to-do lists,freight,and help guests all day with only two people punched in and working. They also look for reasons to not have to pay you your well deserved bonus.
