Pros
-Associates/Co-Workers (Fun to discuss with hard Workers and down-to-earth people) -Great Opportunity for Learning (Customer Service, Teamwork, Problem-Solving, Communication, etc.) -Pay (Bonuses, Incentives, etc.) -Training/Information Given from Managers
Cons
- Upper Management (Little to no care for Associates or Department Managers, Micro-Management, Don't Provide Assistance to Departments or Managers when needed, Unrealistic Expectations at times) - Understaffed (Employees being expected to do the work of Multiple People) -Favoritism does exist (This does lead to some team members not being treated fairly) - Work-Life balance is not prioritized, expect to work 9-10 hour shifts many days as a DM
