Pros

-Flexable with hours. Helps if you are a full-time student. -Great experience if you have never had a job before. -You learn the ins and outs of the company which, helps for a business career in retail or warehousing.

Cons

-Have to work weekends but, your pay increases $2.50 an hour. -You do not need a degree to move up in this company. If you you do have a degree, you only get an couple extra dollars an hour. In my opinion, it is not that amazing. -The profit sharing is nice but, gets taxed heavily. If you are a department manager or store manager, they are the ones who get big profit sharing checks. It takes a couple of years to get a good percentage of the share. -The cash bonuses you get throughout the year from the company can only be used to buy stuff in the store.
