Business Outlook
Pros
The culture was positive at the store I worked at. They were very flexible with me. It's a good place to get exercise on the job from walking around the store so much and handling items. There was enough variety of things to do to keep me from getting bored. I enjoyed helping customers, organizing shelves, and stocking merchandise.
Cons
The pay just isn't very high for entry-level retail jobs. And I don't know if the full-time benefits are good -- I didn't look into that.
