if u share the truth they will find ways to write u up n let u go ur thoughts not value its military or kiss my behind style if u share truth when they ask they will put u on problem list so just say idk. recommend not sticking were u not value incompetence is valued to keep insecure ppl safe energy vampires no matter how much u give or fix better things 4 them it is never enough

Worst experience working here toxic culture characterized by pervasive favoritism, bullying, unfulfilled promises Lack of respect for ppl. is apparent with advancement seemingly reserved for those who engage in sycophantic behavior. workload is unmanageable resulting in significant lack of work life balance. Palpable absence of empathy from higher ups. No trust, anyone & everyone will turn on you so watch who u let ur guard down with. u can see the misery n sense of dissatisfaction across all departments. they push u to write good review even offer u incentive or push u in a corner to write a good one. pls read all the one stars n take it seriously. not worth ur self esteem and shine being brought down.
