      Weekend option available. Benefits similar to Full-Time. Smaller hospital.

      Cons

      Numerous changes in effect with changing of the guards, which unfortunately occurs frequently (every 2 to 3 years) at MMC, secondary to its smaller size and possibly HCA's leadership program using this facility as an educational platform.
