Pros

Flexible schedule; shift ends exactly when scheduled; great management and support. I feel valued. I get to do more things that I enjoy and have more time with my family. Totally different than being in a traditional home or clinic.

Cons

There's good and bad days like any job.

Pros

I moved from Upstate NY to Western Mass! Accepting the position at MHA was the best decision I made! They offer flexible schedules which is great when I have doctors' appointments! They offer Competitive Pay, working in Human Services field automatically means lower pay but they do their best to keep competitive salaries ! They hire people with no experience and they strive on promoting within!

Cons

No place is perfect but they do there best to address any issues that arise. They strive to make sure the core values are being met everyday! Respect Integrity and Compassion.
