Pros

Amazing people Great perks including therapy, office parties, enriching events Warm, creative working environment Can work from home and bring your dog to work My manager was so encouraging My team was communicative and kind I got to work on some really fun projects

Cons

The C-suite is not adjusting the business model to meet the demands of consumers. Ticket sales should account for 25% of revenue, but it accounts for almost 80%. They don't leverage their IP, don't have regular merchandise rollout, lack a food and beverage program Consumers don't have a reason to go back Because the consumer journey is poor, they've had to lay off staff and cut back on resources, making employees overworked and under resourced They need to change their economics or they will fail which sucks because the community is beautiful

Not Really B Corp

Pros

The job is generally easy and tend to hire really kind and caring employees. My coworkers are the best "pro" of working here

Cons

They are a B Corp certified company however their practices don't really reflect that. They say they recycle but all recyclables and trash end up in the same dumpster. We don't get paid a living wage and if we get a raise, we get our hours cut. They've tried to union bust before, and don't let us request unpaid time off after the given 8/16 hrs given by the union. They tend to let their managers run rampant and create an unmotivated and hostile working environment, even after HR has been involved multiple times. The turnover rate is high, they like to do mass layoffs and leave a skeleton crew to work the floor and to basically babysit adults and their kids.
