The pros were all in the past, and there were many, but clueless management messed everything up big time and made every classic startup mistake in the book.

Cons

wrecked culture, horrible management, an art collective that had to unionize because everything was so creepy and unfair, look up the lawsuits, look up the reviews. appearances are completely deceiving. what once was is gone forever and you do not want to waste a minute of your time let alone a year of your career with these people.

One of the most untrustworthy companies I've worked for

-The people you work with will often become the reason you continue to work there -The PTO is a great benefit, and in my experience, the managers have never guilted me for having emergencies (being sick, car trouble, etc.) -Performative activism is at least still some type of activism, I guess

Cons

Nearly everything at this company that was or is a good thing has a catch, or will eventually straight up no longer exist. Communication is no longer transparent, there is no accountability, my location has clear favoritism, and the company is actively fighting against worker's rights. This is also public information. I have never been told more lies than working at this company, especially ones about career growth.
