Discounts, cool coworkers, being in the exabit cleaning, being able to work in a cool place, parties and events, pay and benefits and visiting often for free since you work there already.

Cons

Being underappreciated by the other departments, favoritism, not enough opportunities for the artists, understaffed in some departments and most of all, mass layoffs
